Meet Dier Love

Mr. Neighborly LLC was founded by Dier Love with a simple mission: treat every customer like a neighbor.

After years of hands-on experience diagnosing plumbing systems, sewer line problems, drain issues, and residential service concerns, Dier built Mr. Neighborly to provide something that is becoming increasingly rare—honest communication, thorough diagnostics, and genuine customer care.

Whether performing a sewer camera inspection, investigating a recurring drain problem, or helping a homeowner understand their options, Dier believes customers deserve clear answers without pressure or confusion.

When he's not serving customers, you'll often find him cycling along the California coast, exploring new communities, and continuing to build a business focused on trust, kindness, and service.

Beyond Plumbing

Mr. Neighborly is more than a business—it's a reflection of who I am.

I'm a lifelong problem solver who believes that every home, business, and customer deserves respect. Whether I'm diagnosing a difficult plumbing issue or helping someone understand their options, my goal is always the same: leave people better than I found them.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me cycling California's coastlines, hiking local trails, exploring new communities, or spending time with my wife, Marsha. I enjoy technology, photography, storytelling, and finding creative solutions to everyday challenges.

I've spent much of my life leading teams, building businesses, and helping others succeed. Those experiences taught me that technical skill matters, but character matters more. That's why I built Mr. Neighborly around kindness, communication, and service.

I believe being a good neighbor means showing up when you're needed, being honest when it matters, and treating people with dignity no matter the size of the job.
